Includes:
Adjusting section with levelers, hydro static and electromagnetic Testing, end facing, packing and tethering
Chemical pretreatment section with de-greasing, hot rinsing, pickling, cold rinsing and flux baths. A neutralizing station, vertical transporter, pipe dryer, wet scrubber, and traverse for return transport.
Zinc coating section with zinc coating baths, heating system, filters pipe extracting machine and unit for automatic dipping cooling and transport of zinc piped.
Finishing section with Passivation unit with own transport system (Chromating of pipes), End facing treatment and threading unit and packing unit
Electrical Room
Boiler room with two steam boilers, two degasser units, water softener and pump station
