Equipment is designed to take over where filter presses,
vacuum filters and centrifuges leave off. While these mechanical
dewatering
units can reduce sludge volume 20:1, a substantial amount of water
still
remains in the material. The J-mate unit inferred heat for rapid
effective
water removal which results in reduced sludge volume. The result is a
further
volume reduction of about 4:1. Capacity 3-6 Cuft/hour.
