Designed for 6 inch nominal max. width. Incl. spool type uncoiler w/hyd. expanding mandrel; edge trimmer, 7.5inch roll diam. W/1.75 inch arbor; 2-roll tension stand w/14 inch diam. Capstan rolls; 2-roll idle guide stand w/scanning inspection, 3-stand 4-high reducing mill, 100-hp DC drive per stand, approx. 4 inch dia reducing rolls w/6 inch dia. Pressure rolls; exit tension stand identical to entry stand; annealing section w/elec. Annealing oven (vertical, cooling and air dry; Pickler section, 5-compartment pickling tank, submersible rolls w/hyd. raise/lower, exhaust, pumps, piping, etc., approx. 20 ft – 24 ft L; final temper mill, identical to 3-stand reducing section described previously, 100-hp 5-roll capstan exit, spooler/winder w/cradle and hyd. expanding mandrel, incl. all related control panels, local electrical, etc.
