III. Patenting and Galvanizing Line (PHOTOS)

(1) One I.C.E. (Industrial Combustion Equipment In., Canada) patenting and galvanizing line , 24 lines, 2 ton /hour capacity, finish range 5mm to 1.5mm average speed 20 mpm, year mfg 1998, consisting of:

a) direct fired austenitizing furnace
b) lead quench furnace
c) acid wave pickling system’
d) flux tank
e) Phosphate tank
f) borax tank
g) wax tank
h) ceramic lined, top fired galvanizing furnace, ceramic sinker and nitrogen wiping.
i) Hi-draw 24 line take up frame with double blocks 560mm and 660mm, equipped with turntables for pattern lay.

IV. Laboratory Equipment.

a) Tinius Olsen universal tension testing machine model H50K-S 5000 kg. Breaking capacity with control display unit.
b) Tinius Olsen  universal torsion testing model BW
c) Equipment for metallurgical studies consisting in samples and preparation and nikkon microscope.
