Complete Building Wire Mfg. Plant

(1) Syncro F-13 rod break down machine with F-Annealer and Dual 30” Automatic Spooler Drawer has new 300 hp motor and ceramic sheaves. Solid state drive and pedestal mounted control. Solution system tanks and pumps.
Annealer has 225 KVA Transformer, quick-change annealing sheaves, pressure steam generator and Quench tank, Pumps and 750.000 btn heat exchanger.
Take-up is a Syncro Con-Tin-u-reel 30” Dual Automotive with elec/air dancer control.
System also includes a Rod butt welder. String-up machine and roller conveyer detangler type rod pay-off, some dies are also available.

(1) Syncro C-13 Intermediate Wire Draw Machine.Ceramic blocks, 50 hp DC motor and electronic drive system. C-3 Annealer and Single-Syncro 30”, 15 hp spooler. Machine was completely rebuild in 1997 with new gears, bearings, motor and drive, and is in excellent condition.

(2) Syncro BG-16 Fine Wire Drawing Machines. Machines were new in 1992. They have Zero Annealers (soft from start to stop) and ceramic blocks. Single level wind high-speed spoolers for 12”X12”X3” spools. Some dies available.

(4) MGS Double Twist Buncher (3000 TPM). Two Machines are93 Models and two are 95 Models. They include MGS tension control stations with rollers, Wyre-pak type payoffs, rings, brushes-two are 38 station and two are 19 station, all will accept either 12”-24” reels.

(1) 3-1/2 X 2-1/2 Entwistle High Speed Insulating Line. Includes Dual cone flipper type pay-off tension control 3-1/2 Entwistle-24:1 Main Extruder; 2-1/2 Entwistle Nylon Extruder, Gem high speed printer, Stainless, multiple pass, water troughs and 36” dual automatic take-up. Line has laser diameter controls and inline AC Sparker. Nylon Extruder has a Conair automatic compound drying system.

(2) Gary Mfg. - High-speed Auto Package machines, Includes 36” flipper Pay-offs, Clinton AC Sparkers. Measuring machiens and up to 12” spool level winders. Roller conveyer packaging stations. Has auto safety inerlocks.
