Established
in 2000 as a producer of enameled copper wires for the
electrical
industry, used in the production of transformers, electric motors,
windings
etc. The company has adopted the classical production technology by using equipment, produced by the leading Austrian company MAG, and
is maintained in perfect technical condition. The plant occupies an area of 8 000 sqm,
1 800 sqm of which is occupied by
buildings.
The produced enameled copper wires are of the
following three main temperature classes:
Class 155,
Grade 1&2, diameter 0,300 –
2,000 mm
Class 180,
Grade 1&2, diameter 0,300 –
2,000 mm
Class 200,
Grade 1&2, diameter 0,300 –
2,000 mm

The technological equipment of the company
comprises of the

single wire
enameling machine type
HESF5/-4 (2A2B) 18+6
D (1
set), including spare parts; test laboratory equipment set;
drawing lubricant preparation device;
water
preparation plant; materials for the Acceptance test.

Vertical three-head
enameling machine type VZF6/2N-4/10+5 D (1 set), including
spare parts, and materials for the
Acceptance test.
The machines and equipment manufactured
in 2000 are well maintained and are in very good technical condition.
