Horizontal driven inverted prestraightener, with two pinch rolls and six
Straightening rolls 3 driven and 3 idler permitting free fall out of broken scale.
Vertical non driven prestraightener with 4 idler rolls
The drawbench consists of two drawing carriages, each with two harden follower rolls, double faced cams impart the forward and return movement to the drawing carriages. Opening and closing of the drawing jaws is effected by means of pneumatic cyclinders.
Pullerhead
Coiler horizontal recoiling unit with crown accepting round wire of .078- .394 and forming a coil of 26” od and 16” Id
Runout table When recoiling is not required ,coiler serves as transport unit feeding drawn straight bars onto the runout table
Main drive 60 hp dc motor, including rheostat in main push button station for speed control utilizing dc source.
