System consisting of:Charging equipment for the copper cathodes, cathode storing racks,
cathode hoisting machine, feeding device and control desk.Melting furnace 8 MT capacity, with two (2) 400 kW inductors, hydraulic
tilting equipment for copper transfer.Laundering system for transfer from melting furnace to holding furnace
with Co2 system.Holding furnace 3 MT capacity, with one (1) inductor 350 KW
Casting machine: The withdrawal machine consists of (12) coolers with
graphite dies 20 mm, the withdrawal equipment, speed control device
and the height position control.Coiling equipment:Six (6) double coilers for (12) strands (electronic)
Control desk: Panel of (4) desks, (2) desks for melting furnace, (1) for holding
furnace and (1) for alarms. Each desk is equipped with switches, signal lights
indicators and temperature regulator for manual and automatic power feed
and operation of the furnace.Buhler rolling mill, capacity 20,000 mtpa, reduce 20mm to 8 mm in one pass.
(2) mechanical pay off plates, rolling mill 8 stands, 8 50 kW motors each, speed
150 m/min., cooling and filtering system, Rebar Systematic, model resyn
KBF 600/1000, with heat exchanger, motor pump 3 kW, 3410 rpm, stell tank
2.0 x 1.5 x 1.5 MT, control desk,Laboratory equipment: Oxygen determination system, Precision Double Bridge (Kelvin Bridge), Metallograph Microscope, Grinders, Cut-off machine, mounting press, electronic balance,
conductivity tester and scale, tensiometer.Equipment well maintained and in excellent condition.
